Construction of 200 Villas , including structure , Finishing and MEP Works

Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works
Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all civil groups at Site.
Coordinate with technical office and QA/Qc Departments.

Assist the QA/QC Manager in overall quality control of the site, provide advises & suggestion to improve quality control at construction site & assist project manager to achieve the target with respect to quality issues & ISO 9001:2000
Site Management and Handling of work as per drawings.
Checking of Formwork, Reinforcement and embedded items.
Conduct daily civil work inspections in accordance to approved plans and standards.

Monitor all day activity in construction site.
Ensure conformity of construction activities as per standards & specifications.
Providing professional advice
Material testing.
Giving satisfactory Proportioning in Construction Process.
